    The company weren,t accommodating to my request to return a mattress that was too firm.There was such a difference between the mattress delivered and the one trialled in the showroom that we questioned if it was the same brand.After submitting pictures we were informed that it was the same.
    In any case the mattress hasn't,t been slept on.All tags areattached.
    I,m not asking for a refund just an exchange.However that is notpolicy.
    Interesting that two other furniture stores in the city allow the customer to trial a mattress fronm21to90 days and exchange if necessary.
    Disappointed for sure especially since the policy was never discussed with us

    Unfortunately, it is Island Furniture's Policy not to return mattresses or box spring's once they have been unpackaged, this is to ensure that new product is being delivered to all our customers.
