    I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by *** ******* of Republic Inspections. He missed multiple issues with my home inspection which is ultimately costing me thousands of dollars. For example, over half of my windows leak or have evidence of leaks and his response to this was that he is not required to move curtains to inspect windows!!! This is just one of the multiple issues I experienced with him. I reached out to *** in hopes he would make right on the multiple warranties that he advertises are included with the cost of inspection. Unfortunately I was met with angry defensive responses and spent time being talked down to on the phone while he continuously interrupted and spoke over every single one of my calmly stated concerns. He then proceeded to blame me for missing the rot that I hired and most importantly trusted him to find because in his words I “attended the property on three occasions and didn’t bring it up”. Blaming the client for your negligence is certainly an interesting form of rationalization in this line of work. If you value your sanity and your wallet - best steer clear of Republic Inspections.
