    Nightmare.
    2 months to order warranty parts every single time.
    Dealer breaks bolts and then charges for all new replacement parts.
    Gives fake quotes.
    Told me 1500 for front and back brakes, then changes it to rear only.
    My car currently sits at the dealership due to them over torquing bolts 16000km ago when they did the brakes but now they want to replace them again for an additional 1500.
    Sounds like a scam to me. Parts are only 400 when I priced retail.
    I said to not go ahead with the brakes due to cost and they said they broke the bolt so I have to pay it.
    Was a mechanic for 10 years, not once did I brake a bolt on a slider pin for the caliper.
    We did break bolts off but we went local and got them or at worst, Vatchers.
    Have already contacted the bank, stopping payment. Drove vehicle to them to get wheel bearings replaced under warranty and they broke the vehicle to where it cannot be driven so I must pay the exaggerated amount or have no vehicle.
    This is bribery.
