On May 2022 I drove my **** ******** **** to the dealership with a low battery issue.l was told it might take sometime to have a look at but in most cases we have a cancellation ,there for it might only be a couple of days. That was ok,however that turned to be over a month.l called to see if my car was looked at only to be told not yet we've been busy. Now we're in June and l called again and I was told it's beein worked on and it shouldn't take long ,because we found the problem..this was ****** at the front desk..Once again this went on for a while and got sick with COVID and so did ******.Now it's July and l got a call from ***** telling me that my car just about ready the only thing is left is to fix a low tire and change the oil and it should be ready tomorrow and he will called me.two weeks later l called a gain only to be tooled l need to talk to the manager "*****".The next day l called Danna and she told me that my car needs a lot of work and it's going to cost over $8000. Then when l asked why she told me the it needs a cluster and an amplifier which were both working when drove it there and was never mentioned before.we ended the conversation by telling me she will descoss the matter with the General manager and she'll call me the next day.Time gone on for another week then l called again and was told that she is gone on holidays,so then l left a message for the GM to call me.Now it's August and l get a call from Mr. * ****** GM telling me that he is not aware of the issue and he'll look in to it and get back to me.more time gone be then l get a call from him asking me to come over to go over the issues. We agreed on a time to only to go there and he's not there by then l really had enough of this treatment so l called him again and that's when he sent me random pictures of the breaks, tires, etc which l did not asked them to look at.l took my car there for a battery problem not inspection. At the end He told me to come pay my invoice $2600+tax and tow my car

Mr. ***** account of this couldn't be further from the truth. Mr *** had bought this car after sitting in his care for quite some time. He boosted it and brought it in and said everything was perfect. We had to boost to get into our shop. There
is a battery drain ongoing which he refuses to fix. His brake lines are rotted away, his tires are worn/cracking and one is flat. Cluster is not
operational at no fault of ours.  Our service advisor told Mr. *** about inherent
risks and further diagnosis required which he ok’d and now refuses to pay. He has continuously thrown baseless accusations our way and doesn’t believe us when
we tell him about the condition of his vehicle. Hence why we performed a complementary inspection to give the customer perspective. We never told him his car was "ready". ***** told him his new battery arrived and we could continue diagnostics because the old battery was dead.  We performed a complementary inspection on the vehicle so Mr. *** understood what it would take to make this vehicle road worthy so he didn't spend too much on it. He told us if he could get the car on the road for $5000 or less, he would proceed. Given everything this car needs, the bill would be well above $8,000. Mr. *** does not get back to us in a timely manor and expects we perform work on the vehicle at no cost. We've had numerous conversations with him and those conversations go in circles and he consistently contradicts himself. We actually asked him to pay $1,500 of his $2,800 invoice that he had incurred and agreed to for the diagnostics and battery. We have heavily discounted the work that had been completed that was approved by Mr. *** and still refuses to pay. He refused to proceed with further work that would assess his battery drain and make the vehicle fit for the road. We have done everything above board in this situation and Mr. ***** refusal to believe us has left us at an impasse.
