    If I could give a zero it would be a minus.
    Very displeased with the service we received.
    Only place in maritime that had a 2011 **** ***** ********. I called for a computer for the vehicle. Before purchasing I verified 3 times was this definatly out of an2011 **** ***** ********...my response was yes.all 3 times.
    We received the computer under impression it was which was stated. It did not work. Called a local dealership for advise we would need the ignition and key out of the same vehicle the computer from.
    Called a1 automotive again ...verified this is out of same vehicle 2011 **** ***** ********. Yes it is
    We was asked about remote start we have it but this didn't but wouldn't matter it would just disable remote start.
    We received the package and had vehicle towed to dealership.
    Turns out the computer , ignition, and key are directly out of a ***** *******.
    Response when we called back no refunds.
    2011 2012 models are not interchangeable
    2014 models and up are.
    I did not ask for interchangeable I did not request for interchangeable. I asked for out of 2011 **** ***** ********. Specifically.
    I demand a full refund and all my charges based on error.
    Lack of knowledge.
    It cost us way to much
    Even receipts sent to us
    Which I have state .......2011 **** ***** ********.....not.***** *******....not interchangeable..
    But.specifically 2011 **** ***** ********.
    Worst customer service and business I've ever dealt with......period.
