    My husband and I went to the store to look at side-by-side‘s. We spoke with ****** ***** who gave us some information about some different ones. She told us that if we chose to order one that we would have to pay $500 down but it would be returned to us if we EITHER financed the side by side or if when it got there it was not what we wanted since they didn’t have one there to show us what size it was. We ordered thinking we would get our money back but they have kept the money and no longer have the side by side. They of course deny telling us that after we cancelled the bike due to medical reasons which they knew about and deny that as well. Now they say money would be given back when bike is delivered which is not what they said before. They gave us no paper work we signed nothing. They did a credit check for financing so we want that account cancelled as well. We have tried to speak to them however ****** has taken it upon herself to block us like a child. We want our $500 back they told us at first we could have it back and now are only changing their minds. I even looked on their website for a refund policy and there is nothing there. Please help us. Thank you
