    Business Response

She paid for tile and materials separately, she had me price installation but decided on her original contractor to do install.

After months of waiting for her contractor to get to the flooring after hold up after hold up due to her never being satisfied with anything, color of ceiling paint to unnoticeable marks in the windows and on and on.  How many contractors have walked away?

The contractor finally wore out and ghosted her so she asked if I could do it.

We installed and every day it was something new from calls of spider marks on the tile to pull this pc. She fussed and  messed with it and about it the entire installation.  I obliged but there is never enough in a job to deal with obsession.

The house is an older home and is laid as well as can be done period.  No matter how many times it is installed she will never be satisfied.  I explained tile is never perfect and is not meant to be perfect it has tolerances due to this.  Grout varies as well especially in lighter colors as it is a Cementous product.  I also advised her to a darker color grout.

I did tell her that I could re-grout to level grout lines and re-set the stairnose at basement door. I was awaiting for her then contractor to finish work in the kitchen, apparently he isn’t working their anymore either.

She hasn’t paid me for the install or the products she asked me to put on account for the last contractor to use in her bathroom/laundry room.

From windows to paint to cabinets everything has been unsatisfactory for her and there is no satisfaction in sight.

When her account is up to date I will gladly regrout and reset her stairnosing.
