    Purchase new vehicle from Amherst Toyota. Sep 23. In the sales agreement they added tire and wheel insurance witch I do not want. They told me I have to take this insurance. They will not remove from sale agreement Need help to get removed This is up selling. Is this not against the law.

    Mr ******* was notified that nothing was upsold and that the Tire and Rim warranty was included in the agreed price and sales agreement. All fees and added warranties are detailed on all paperwork and bills of sale. No one forced Mr ******* to purchase the vehicle from us. We hope that he enjoys his new vehicle and we will here to service when ever needed. Attached is a signed sales agreement with the agreed upon payment.

     I am rejecting this response because:


    I was not told that I had to purchase this insurance or I couldn’t not purchase this vehicle.  Is it mandatory to. by the tire insurance to purchase a vehicle. I just want vehicle only with no extra. Is this the way Toyota Canada want to sell their vehicles  I don’t want to be forced to by something I do not want.

    Good afternoon. As you can see in the customer signed sales agreement we are attaching, displayed clearly in the box beside the payment and terms, a Tire and Rim warranty is included in the agreed to and signed document. The Bill of Sale that the customer has provided matches up exactly with their sales agreement. The customer has every right decide that they no longer want this vehicle. If that is the case and a deposit has been given, it will be returned in full.

    We hope they will find a deal that more suits their expectations. We will be happy to honour the existing sales agreement or service their vehicle if they choose to purchase elsewhere. The customer is welcome to contact the dealership directly to inform us which direction they would like to proceed.

    If a person by a tv at **** **** and ad check out they add on extended warranty you do not want. What can you do

    They did not tell me of this warranty be fore I signed the contract  .
