    i went to this salon to have my hair cut and dyed. i was sooo excited for the experience. I had asked for a certain cut even show a pic. i did not get that at all. not even close. also couldn't communicate with hair stylist as she didn't speak much English. as well i had a sked for colored tips and was told that couldn't do it, it was my choice not hers. i paid an incredible price for hair that wasn't done properly.

The consultation and service were performed following professional standards, and we addressed her concerns during and after the appointment. Despite offering a complimentary follow-up to resolve her dissatisfaction, she declined.

     I am rejecting this response because:

     as I had said in my complaint answer I am not driving 30 mins to get my hair fixed to a salon who messed it already. i dont trust this salon their procedures as none were explained to me as the tech was doing my hair. I have damaged hair now because of whatever she put on. I had indicated my hair was itching really badly during a process she gave me a come to scratch didn't look at my hair during one piece of my process. If you went to a business wasn't satisfied with the service would you return? I am entitled to a refund.

    We appreciate the BBB's role in facilitating this matter. However, we believe we have already provided a fair and reasonable resolution. We have supplied evidence, including photos of communication, that demonstrate our professional conduct and attempts to address Shaendra's concerns, including offering a complimentary follow-up service.
    At this time, we respectfully stand by our previous response and are not interested in further back-and-forth discussions.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I am entitled to a refund.  I have hair damage hair loss and trauma. As someone who suffers from ptsd and other trauma related issues I believe I deserve a refund and would appreciate one
