    August 21 2023 ‘Just Drains INC.’ ***** ****** provided a quote to repair a pipe issue found during home inspection. Quote -excavate repair misaligned pipe sewer line exits the foundation backfill & re-sod. $4,000+ tax
    Work was completed by ***** ****** on August 21, 2023. and would be back to re-sod waiting for the ground to level. 08/27/2023 at 5 a.m. husband noticed water on the cement floor in a room in our basement. He began walking around on the vinyl flooring and noticed he could hear water underneath. He went to the location where the pipe was repaired six days prior and noticed that water was leaking from around the outside of the pipe dripping down and making its way underneath the floor. We immediately contacted our real estate agent to get in touch with Aaron. 08/27/2023 ***** out of town came next day saying not his fault it is due to water that had been sitting in the ground, now that the pipe is straight and not angled away from the house the water is following toward the house and getting in.
    9 years in house no water issues. We never heard confirmation on the timeline to get it fixed and needed the leak to stop. Reached out to another company to come out and dig up the ground where the previous work had been completed.
    After the pipe was exposed, assessed the pipe no caulking, seal, or blue skin was placed around the new pipe. water was able to get into the house
    ***** stated no caulking or seal because the pipe fit
    Applied seal and blue skin around the pipe filled the hole back in and no more water came in. still no communication reached out again complete the sodding came the next day didn’t bring enough sod to cover the hole.
    An insurance claim needed to be filed for all flooring replaced.
    Time off work to complete the work ourselves.
    Cost thousands of dollars due to the faulty workmanship by ***** ******. We would like to be refunded the amount we had to pay “Just Drains INC.” $4,000 for the work & $2,500 deductible
