  My name M******* *****. Me and my brother in law k******** ***** gave contract to alpha dream homes for $38000 to renovate the basement. He promised to make a kitchen, seperate door, whole plumbing and other things mentioned in contract. After the contract he took 14000 advance and took almost 2 months to demolish. The contract was to demolish the old and renovate with new. But when we see the dry wall he did , tht was on top of the previous dry wall. He said it is more strong now. Anyway we thought he is a contractor know more , so we did not said anything. He did not do the work for another 2 months. Coming fir one or two days sometimes. I was tired calling him and asking when will he complete. Then finally I said , if you can not complete. Please leave it. Then he made excuses of sick and now all is good. He said demolish is done new drywall are also going, so I shall pay the second installment and he will finish in some days. He take another 13800 and start sending and making the site clear. He said to call ns power for the journey man to upgrade the panel. Further he said he will charge 1500 more now as he promised fir seperate door he will need to put a beam there. I said it is in contract . He said then he will do without beam. I said I want everything to be professional and request, if there is any permit or anything need . He said no ,I will do for front door as there is structure change and do not need for other work. I got agree on other 1500. He did some windows change and other day city stop the work. After requesting that I will not proceed without permits. He said will do it, and on Friday he said he applied for windows and front door. When I asked for kitchen, he refused and get rude with me and said I am terminating this. He sent me an email immediately tht, it is canceled due to misconduct. He is a notorious person, play with costumer. I got to know ow similar complaint is in court against him from other.

  First and foremost, This kinda people finds easiest way to put an unnecessary  complaints against businesses even they don’t want to pay. You never signed  a legal contract and this is the main reason of dispute because your intentions are wrong. You want to use the basement as legal unit secondary unit but don’t want to spend money. Who can make a legal secondary unit in 38k. Please go to the market and check the price. It seems you never gone through the renovation. Kindly pay the outstanding balance. And kindly share any proof *** ***** * ***** **** against my company or I can share paper work that * **** *** **** not want to pay our hard earned money. So stop making false allegations and pay your outstanding invoice. ***** ******* will proceed if non payment of unpaid and wasting out valuable time.

   I am rejecting this response because:
  

  He is a fraudulent contractor. He has similar complaints against him ** *** ****** Please ask ***** ******* ******** . He explained how he cheated and took almost 140000 from him. This is his part of business. I attached the contract.  He says there is no contract. I have paid him almost $30000. He believes peanuts for him. Which is an average salary of someone for a year. 

  He is completely unprofessional and doing pathetic work. The work he did is not in compliance with code. He has taken his tools and confirmed he has terminated his contract. 

  This is not customer duty to do your work and find what market rate is then will give you a quote, this much you should charge as per market rate. Are you a professional even asking client you took the contract under market price and you are leaving and terminating the contract because of that.

  This is completely unacceptable cheating and doing fraud. I am a victim there is no kitchen made as per your contract,  no seperate door made as per your contract,  no washroom updates as per your contract. No panel upgrade as per your contract. 

  Your contract includes debris removal,  but I received notice from city for that. This is completely unacceptable.  Even after paying I got harassed for almost 5 months. Further I want you to please provide me the journey man name who did my plumbing work. Otherwise I will put a legal complaint for not  doing work from licensed person.  

  Atlast I am giving this final notice to return my whole money.  As loose my 5 months rent and still I have to pay to someone else to get my work. This was in contract to finish the basement with materials.  So it is common-sense you have to get permit. And city provide me details after stopping the work.  You immediately approached them and and applied for seperate door and windows permit. They said you lied to them and did not tell there will be a kitchen. They have in their records. 

  Kindly refund my whole money otherwise will be through ***** ** *** ******** ***** You have to pay for my other business loss due to your harassment my money loss and money paid to the other contractor. For your kind information , you are also admitting you did work without permits.  Which is against the Canadian laws. Kindly response within a day. There will be no further communication. You already have terminated your contract . Kindly give my money back. So I can get it done from a professional.  Noone in your team is a licensed professional. I regret myself now.

  First and foremost, A Real fraudulent person blaming the other person fraud because you don’t want to pay him. Your previous  response is sufficient to prove  who’s wrong. Without getting your basement done as secondary suite and following  by laws how could u even think about to give on rent. My company did more work as compared your paid money. You don’t want to sign the contract, you don’t want to pay the money and claiming other person is fraudulent. For your kind information I know how your works with sky shot immigration but I never said u fraud. Lots of people are saying you destroyed their future. And you are acting like you are the only person in the whole world is honest. Common on be mature. I always apply all permits wherever is required. Just check with city how many inspections we got passed and how many permits we applied. You are the people who looting ******** ***** and want to get rich without paying someone else hard earned money. Your response is showing your maturity level. Apart from this , for your kind information one of your loved ones who didn’t paid my 25000$ from their Resturant project, they were feeling the same that I can’t do anything. I **** **** ** ****t and put a lien on their property. And you are saying they filed a case against me. Please verify everything before posting any false information.
  Don't forget we are in Canada. On this land there are rules to follow. Well done man, it’s good idea to kept someone’s hard earned money.  I can’t debate over these false informations which you are claiming. Let’s ****** *** ***** who’s right or wrong. I have all the proofs.So let’s go ** *** ****** I am going to put a lien on your property and ******* *gainst non payment of invoice and defamation.   Mr ******** , you are welcome with any ******* . By the way stop repeating contract not signed. for your kind information in C***** you do not need any formal contract. even your text messages and your commitment becomes contract. definitely without secondary suite this could not be given  on rent. which you were making for me. I have lost my almost 5 moths rent. out of 38000 you have took 28000 and videography has been made in presence of ***** what work you did . you have taken my other business name into this matter and for sure a defamation will be filed against you. You are doing unethical practices in your business. doing work without permits. i do not need to ask from  anyone. I know what happened with me. 

  Business bureau, i am unsatisfied with this conversation. i was told by my lawyer to see, what is the out come of this complaint. i can not keep replying to this guy. please dig into this matter or take action. I have already submitted my contract.
