I have had the distinct pleasure of having Remember When Home Care come into my home to help with various challenges which I had been encountering due to being a senior with disability.
The whole team have been very supportive of recognizing my needs. They are absolutely professional, friendly & reliable which are vitally important to me . Truly, I cannot say enough positive things about their company & would definitely highly recommend them to all.
I am so very thankful for this group that continues to help to improve my situation, Life changing !

I can not say enough positive things about this company and the people that work here! I had 48 1/2 hours to set up a lot of things to bring my mother home, for palliative care. I had next to no idea what to do or where to turn for homecare. I came across Remember When Homecare, I called and explained what was needed. *** and ***** were amazing! I had a meeting the next day, for paper work related things, and I am so thankful for ***** coming on short notice! She was great! ***** put me at ease, and pointed out things that I had not thought about asking, when it came to discharge from the hospital. The homecare workers that have been at my parents house, have been amazing with both of my parents! Although they are there to care for my mother, they have been absolutely amazing with my father as well! I want to thank everyone for taking 50% of the stress off of my dad and giving him a break! ****, ****** and ****** I will never be able to say thank you enough for all of the care, compassion and friendship that you all have shown my parents!

When ***** arrived for an assessment for my father her kind smile and demeanour was felt immediately. She was so gentle and patient with my father who loves to chat and my mother who although has a slight language barrier, she took the time to answer all and any of her questions.
It was also very clear that ***** is an expert in her field and trustworthy. Any question she was not able to answer fully, she assured us that she would get back to us with 100% certainty.
She was also culturally sensitive and aware and made us feel that our father would be their number one priority. I did inquire with another well known home care in our city but after my initial phone conversation to book an assessment time concluded with them stating they would be taking a picture of my father and to have a cheque ready, I cancelled the appointment. They made me feel as if my father was a commodity or another number in a file. ***** understood that my father although vulnerable, still had a voice and very much would be treated with care, respect and dignity. As as family we could not ask for more than this.
***** left such an impression on my father that he asks about when she is going to visit again.Remember When HealthCare Ltd.

I was really impressed with the responsiveness of the Remember When team before, during and after our engagement with them. They worked hard to find caregivers that fit well with parents' needs and personalities. There was always an open line of communication.
I would definitely recommend using the company to anyone who needs assistance with care-giving!Remember When HealthCare Ltd.

This company provided wonderful, kind and holistic care for our mother. The staff were genuinely interested in and cared about mom and always kept us informed of any changes or concerns. I was really impressed with this organization.
They took time on their intake form to really gather pertinent information and were able to match their care worker with my loved one. They are understanding empathetic and kind and their workers are great! You won't be disappointed!Remember When HealthCare Ltd.
