      This property management group is extremely unreliable, unprofessional, and not to be trusted! We rented through them for over a year, were always on time with rent, and never broke the lease agreement in any way. Despite all that, we were left with many issues with our rental that were totally ignored, including water coming down through our pot lights in the kitchen, not a safe balcony (posts falling out - balcony 20 feet high - TOTALLY an unsafe situation for children), cupboards falling off the walls, a front door that was previously broken in to which left it not shutting/locking properly, a front door lock to which we were not provided keys, hazardous stairs that we asked to have fixed for over a year and were ultimately injured from, had her (****** or a rep from the company) show up unannounced saying they had approval to enter, which they did not (later to have ****** say her email of notice was "accidentally" still in her outbox), the walls were only PRIMED (never painted) which means you couldn't wash anything off (which she later uses as an excuse to not give you your damage deposit (which is actually "normal wear and tear"), they LIE telling you that you need to leave because the "owners" are wanting the place for themselves (but actually they just want to increase the rent more than is ******* ** ***)...I could go on. Many tenants in the same buildings have similar issues. If I could give a lower than 1 star rating, I totally would!

      This is a pretty non existent complaint and only written as your fixed term was not renewed. The unit is gorgeous and only 1.5 years old. There are no cabinets falling off the walls and yes water freezes on the wooden outside steps ( can’t help it’s raining ! ) you did not pay March rent, moved out without contacting us and are now mad and seek revenge. You didn’t have to move out until August but you chose to leave anyway. As property managers we are directed by owners to end leases or continue them . Sorry this happened but statement is untrue
