    this company is owned by ******** fuels now and are a RIPOFF. our tank was at 3/4 and we wanted it filled up. 910L tank. They came when we were not home as we had stuff to do. Barely put any fuel in it. Put 175$ in it and charged us a delivery "FEE" because it was "under minimum litres" the tank still IS NOT FULL! the tank is relatively brand new and the company that changed it out filled the tank to the actual "Full" mark so we know the tank will hold it. Attached receipt and pic of the fuel gauge to show we were RIPPED OFF. flat out stole money with a bogus fee. They will likely claim the tank "whistle" is what they go by. Can clearly see the tank is NOT FULL.

    A $30 charge is included should a customer not meet our
    $200.00 minimum delivery requirement. You did not meet the minimum delivery
    requirements with the fuel we were able to deliver (87.5 liters for $144.24).
    This is a low requirement per the industry standards. The reason for this
    charge is there is a cost to us as an employer to cover for deliveries in terms
    or the driver cost, the truck cost, the fuel, etc.

    We include this non-minimum
    delivery fee charge to ensure we can continue to offer a reasonable price to
    all of our customers. This is communicated to customers and a delivery minimum
    is noted on our website.

    The tanks do not take 100% of the fuel they can physically
    take. This can become a safety issue. Our drivers are required to stop filling
    the tank when the whistle blows as a safety measure for themselves and the
    customer.  This is also an environmental safety measure for the company
    and the customer. We are in a lose/lose situation because if we continue to fill after the whistle and we have a spill, this comes with a whole other issue.

     I am rejecting this response because:


    the tank has been fuller before when it was installed, it can be filled more and still not be "overfull"  your just using the whistle an an excuse to get extra money for fuel not delivered. 

     

    you filled it when we were not home, knowing we were not home. so you could do what you wanted and rip us off.
