    Hi, my name is D****** N****** I purchased this 2017 ***** equinox from ***** **** in ******** December 20, 2024 a week later I called them to tell them there was multiple issues with the car and one of the issues being that the rocker panels were completely rusted out. This car was safety inspected on the 20th. I have taken it to many garages after and every single mechanic told me that this car should’ve never been safety inspected as rocker panels is an instant fail

    You can see the rocker panels are rusted out as soon as you open the side door I can put my hand right through the rocker panel and there’s about a foot hole underneath, and I was told by ***** that was not like that the week prior and that there was nothing that they did in their mechanic did not overlook the vehicle
    I paid $17,000+ for this car on the 20th for it to not even be safe for the road. They are willing to fix it or buy a fact, but I don’t feel like either is a good option for me. They buy it back. I’m without a car. I keep it. I’m driving a car that should’ve never been inspected with.

    I had the car re-inspected and added a list underneath of what the vehicle needs.
