    Absolutely terrible customer service. Lack of responsibility and lack of integrity. I had blown insulation into my basement onto one wall in the fall of 2022. On Thurs. Feb. 2, 2023, the night before the bad freeze, my hot water pipe froze to my kitchen sink at -15. Fri. evening was -40 so I needed this looked after. I called and was told it must be something else as it couldn’t freeze. The cold water worked just fine. After much arguing on their part, they said they could send someone but if wasn’t their fault, I’d have to pay the service call. $1,200.00!! I had to get a plumber in that afternoon (Feb. 3) who chipped the insulation off part of the hot water pipe so he could thaw the freeze. He noticed a section to the left of the pipe that the insulators had missed, which was blowing cold air in (the cause of the freeze).
    I sent pictures on the Fri. Feb.3 which, when I called on Monday since I hadn’t got a call re fixing the gap; they said they’d lost all their emails and to resend pics. I did and asked when will they fix it. She said their were 30 customers before me! Seems new customers outrank existing problems. Every call I made, she said they’d call me (never did).
    I called again as no reply as to when I’d get this fixed, and she said they’d send someone out with cans of spray insulation which they still have not done. It’s been almost 2 weeks, now Feb. 15. I have a fan running under the sink and the hot water running all night; just to avoid another freeze.
    I have never met or spoken with someone so unhelpful and extremely defensive. The first call, she even said, ‘well, what do you want me to do about it?’
    I just want my wall fixed so the pipes don’t freeze.

    This has been resolved. Our spray foam crew visited the property February 16 and repaired the issue.

    Thank you. The guys were great. Too bad it took a complaint to get this company to fix the problem. Mi still recommend the product and plan to get more insulation done in the fall.
