    I hired the agency while renting my house . Was very disappointed the way the manage the house. They collected the rent on time: that’s it. People living in the house were over the quote of leasing from 4 to more than 10, the agency even didn’t note that. Only 2 tenants were listed in the original leasing , subletting without my authorization, didn’t pay attention to important request of the tenants like a leak in the bathtub that ending with high humidity, heat, consequently all the bath was moldy and ceiling of lower level spoiled.

We also confirm that the leaseholders were the only ones living on the property.     So why to share an honest review if you do not take accountability of your actions ? I have proof of everything ( i have a copy of the lease agreement and the tenants who where there : in fact more than ten , emails and conversations with your staff in regards) etc. you should train your staff properly and care of clients. anyways hope no one go through the nightmare I went through and hope it's a lesson for you
