    On the 4th of January 2023 I have dropped off my Blue ***** Nitro 2007 for radiator cleaning at TSS radiator and automotive at 9.15 am in the morning. I have contacted the business prior to book the appointment over the phone. The purpose of the procedure was to fix the blower from blowing cold air and the heat to work inside the vehicle. The Vehicle was in dropped off at the business without any other mechanical issues than the above mentioned heating problem. On the 5th of January the consumer picked up the vehicle after receiving a phone call from the business that the vehicle is ready to pick up. Consumer paid the amount of CAD 218.44 at the front desk prior to picking up the vehicle. Vehicle had the check engine light flashing on the dash board while returning bringing the vehicle back from the business. Upon further inspection under the hood, consumer noticed that the Engine air filter was soaked in engine coolant and also coolant liquid was pooling inside the engine air filter cabin bottom. This restricts the air passage to the engine and damages the Air Intake Temperature sensors of the vehicle. Consumer contacted the business about the issue and they denied coolant spilling on the engine air filter and causing further damage to the vehicle. Even though consumer suggested bringing the vehicle back to the business for inspection, the lack of professionalism of the business establishment prevented him from doing so. Consumer holds the invoice and different photographs of the vehicle after the faults associated with poor service from this business was provided.

    We are sorry that you have had a bad experience at our shop. The customer (RON) dropped his vehicle off for a no heat problem. diagnosed it as needing a cooling system flush. vehicle then had good heat. The customer called to say about the coolant in the engine air filter compartment. we did not deny that there was coolant there, we were just baffled at how it would even get there. we asked him to come in for us to take a look to see what had happened and to see what we could do. He said he would be in within a day or 2 for us to look. He did not come in. we definitely would have tried to rectify or solve this for him but did not get the opportunity to do so. Ron was a previous customer a previous time as well, and we would love for him to continue to be one as well. Hopefully we can help him in the future and give him a discount on any work that he may need done. Thank you, ******.
