We were very impressed with Ultimate Bathroom from beginning to end. Gerald, Ali & Daniel were very professional, thorough and communicative. I would highly recommend Ultimate Bathroom for any bathroom renovations. We will definitely use them to do our ensuite in the near future. Job well done ??

5 starsI'm 100% satisfied with the result. The owner showed up for the site visit earlier than the scheduled time. During the planning process UBR was in constant communication with me and sent me multiple itemized quotes for consideration. My expectations for any renovation is three months out. This project was completed in two. The crew we had were most enjoyable to work with. What you get with UBR are people who are craftsmen in their field.
Our installer asked us what kind of pattern we preferred, and suggested if we went with brick to go on thirds, not halves with the rectangular tile. He also made suggestions on placement of the diverter and wall shelf asking for our input, but giving the pros and cons of both.
On the last day the tiler told us that UBR keeps the grout we picked on a shelf with our name on it for 6 months in case we need to use it. Yet another example of the care UBR takes.
I cannot convey the happiness I feel enough whenever I see our new shower. UBR clearly takes pride in their work. They are the kind of people that don't want to hide from you if you see them in a grocery store because of the poor job they did. Instead they might hide from over enthusiastic fans embarrassing them in public.
To anyone we know, who we catch word of wanting to renovate their bathrooms we will be telling them to go with Ultimate Bathroom Renovations and don't even bother considering anyone else.Review fromJohn H

Ultimate Bathrooms renovated the ensuite in our condo apartment, completely replacing everything out to the studs. We are very pleased with the results and greatly appreciate the efforts by Lucas and Rick to limit the impact on the rest of our living space. Gerald, Rick, Lucas, Allie, and Courtney, were a pleasure to deal with. They have our highest recommendation.Ultimate Bathroom Renovations

We had Ultimate bathroom renovations come in and do two of our bathrooms in our coop. They did an amazing job we are so pleased with the work they did. Rick and Shawn and Josh worked extremely hard to make sure it was done in a timely manner which was great! they made sure it was cleaned up and took care of all our needs and any questions we had . We will look forward to having them do our other 10 bathrooms. I would recommend this team and the company to anyone. They knowledge and experience and the customer service is amazing . Gerold and his team rock the bathroom Reno world for sure!

Ultimate Bathroom just completed their work removing an old tub/shower with a new shower. The experience was very positive for us from dealing with Allie and Gerald at the showroom and then Rick, Lucas and Shawn do the Reno. The guys came in each day, did their work and cleaned up afterwards. No fuss, always polite. Pleasure to deal with and the workmanship was top notch. Highly recommend. The entire team at Ultimate Bathroom Renovations were amazing. We are thrilled with our new bathroom! Gerald and Allie were so helpful and efficient. Our Project manager, Shawn, and Josh, were professional, accommodating, and very clean! They took time to explain everything, answer questions, and made some great suggestions. They even chose the right tiles design-wise from the boxes we had. Everyone went above and beyond, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Where there was a claw foot tub and an old shower surround we now have a modern, walk-in shower in a very small space. Our experience with Gerald, Allie and Rick at UBR was consistently excellent, the job was done expeditiously and efficiently and all costs and scheduling were clear, up front and and well-communicated. The way the process unfolded, with Gerald Kelley, the owner, coming over to personally assess the job, through Allie *****, who pleasantly answered all of our questions about this and that in the showroom, where you can see and touch what you're buying, then to Rick and Josh, who did the reno, dealt with weird problems in an old house, removed the tub and tile and finished installing what is really a nice, tight little shower in our upstairs, all was first rate.
