    Giving 1 star because my sales rep was knowledgeable and installation was great. As a company, I would NEVER deal with them again. Was first offered financing and a special of a few $100's off, which I was going with. Then got a call that they had a new offer with deferred financing for a year which I was excited about. I chose this option. Payments started right away even though the paperwork said deferred. After chasing them for 14 months, they finally said the only thing they could do would be to start a new deferred loan with a higher interest rate. Store Manager **** refuses to return phone calls. Save yourself the hassle and hire your own contractor to do the work!
