    I hired this company ($460.00) to help clean my house prior to selling. They did very little cleaning that they promised I.e. floors windows etc. they concentrated on my spare bedroom. They kept stressing donatables. Well I will tell you they left my home with almost all of my clothing, my Al*** speaker from my bedroom. I have 2 t-shirts left, two pairs of jeans and I bra. Some of the jeans they took still jad the tags on them. They gave me $200 but my ****** ***** tee alone cost $90. I feel like I’ve been ***** *nd the owner is very tough and unapproachable. Nothing should have been removed from my home without my consent. I don’t know where to turn for help but this company is expensive, unprofessional and scattered. It will take me months to replace my clothing and I have to start a job in one week. Please help. The owner said it’s. y fault because the bedroom was messy! But I brought the. In to help so I do t understand her comment K**** ***********

    The Daily Clean did not give me a receipt so I attached the e-transfers I sent to her. I am selling my home and I wanted to get a deep clean. Well I certainly didn’t get that. I wasted money I don’t have and even if I get that back it will take me a long time to accumulate my things. I don’t even have a pair of pajamas to sleep in. 
    I would appreciate anything you can do to help me.

    I spoke to my Husband and due to us not being 100% certain whether we took the bags or they are elsewhere.

    We are prepared to offer you $ 200.00 in an e-transfer sent to your email.  This is offered as a courtesy given the unusual circumstances. 

    This is our one and only offer.

     I am rejecting this response because:

     Three garbage bags full of things were taken from my home without my knowledge. I didn’t find this out until I went to do my laundry the next day. I was absolutely devastated to find almost all my new clothing missing, along with my A**** speaker from my nightstand. Following are screen grabs of some of the items, there may be more that I have not discovered yet. I am a very honest person so I don’t understand this.
