The worst Service Provider I have experienced in my 67 years. December 11, 2021 our basement flooded due to severe weather conditions. Our Insurance company recommended **** ***** for restoration. Excerpt of e-mail sent to **** ***** after unpacking boxes from storage. “Here is a list of damaged items that comes to mind at this time as I feel it should be documented. 1. Hurricane Oil Lamp broken on pack out. Told by your packer she would advise you. 2. Alarm Sensor broken on tear out. Told by your tear out worker he would advise you. 3. Mud Slinger Jeep windshield damaged in transit or storage. Noted by *name 4. Pole Lamp Switch Knob missing. Pic taken by you worker picking up damaged items. 5. Picture Frame of my daughter picture damaged. Match set of 2. Your worker took with him. 6. Protractor Square from Lee Valley bent out of shape by putting in a box too small for it. Your worker took with him. 7. Table Saw Blade Lock distorted by heavy objects placed on top. Your worker took with him. 8. Lamp shade crushed. Matched set of 2. Your worker took with him. I know it is old, but it wasn't broke before pack out.” To date the basement Stairs Banister has not been repaired from damage on pack out of basement items. Certain damaged items have not been replaced or compensated for. Excerpt of e-mail from **** ***** Oct. 12th. “We would like to get you your check as fast as possible, so if you could give an amount for the remaining content issues and we will add the cost of the blade loc to that amount and get your check to you soon as possible.” Excerpt of e-mail’s from **** ***** Nov. 1, 2022 “I was approved to offer you a $2000.00 check for the damage contents, alarm sensor, wobbly railing, etc.” “will be having the check cut for you and will contact you once it's signed by the Branch President” To date of this filing, I am not advised of a compensation cheque for damages being signed, no such cheque has been received. Feel legal steps to conclude may be required.

We had Paul Davis install added insulation to our attic to qualify for the Nova Scotia Greener Homes Rebate on June 15, 2022. After the project was done, we had ********* assessed our attic and informed us that the newly installed insulation was insufficient and doesn’t qualify for the rebate. The building code for the attic insulation is R50. I called Paul Davis and they insisted that the building code was ***. I called numerous times and have them come over to my house 3 times within the past 6 months and they said that they’ll fix the issue but so far none was being done. I loaned a hefty amount of cash ($4968.58) for the project and relied on the rebate to pay off some of the debt but it seems it is taking longer and with the interest keeps adding up and the cold season coming, It will just add more to our stresses and burdens.
