  The two owners of this business, but mostly ***** ***** allowed me and my service dog to be continously harrassed. they knew i have a heart condition and were still OK with this level of harrassment of my medical service dog.
  I was also sexually harrassed and treated unfairly due to my racial background and gender.
  The primary motivation was ******* unrequited feelings towards a male member of this gym who had also taken an interest in me. This male member was caught on film checking my butt out, and instead of talking to me about it she triangluated members and meddled.
  I had to call police to report this continous harrassment and they banned me due to that, claiming i called the police to the gym with no incident (despite mutiple phone calls and email chains, and me telling them if they let this person harm me and my service dog again I was filing a report).
  They canceled my membership and then charged me for the next month, putting me in overdraft (they knew this about my finances) and she had admitted to me perviously that she has done this to members (overdraft them) when she feels the person deserves to have that repeatedly happen.
  I am uncomfortable with the amount of times i had to tell ***** not to touch me, and her behaviour (making comments about her attraction to members of that gym) is not safe.
  She continously made micro-aggressions towards me, about my gender and race, but also stalked my social media and policed if i was friends with the man who would later go onto check out my butt on a video that would get posted.
  I had to file a report with human rights commission of Nova Scotia and re-train my service dog over a period of 4 months due to the continous harrassment she allowed to take place in her "gym".
  my cpstd is much worse, and i wake up continously with nightmares from these events.

  When concerns were brought forward, they were reviewed thoroughly using available video footage, communication records, and staff input. Based on this, we made decisions in line with our established policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members.
  
  Out of respect for everyone involved, and to protect the privacy of our members and staff, we will not discuss individual circumstances further in a public forum.
  
  We remain committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive space and encourage anyone with concerns to contact us directly through appropriate channels.
