    Be careful when making any online purchases with Spartan Fitness. Their customer service support is non-existent. I ordered online and got an email that the items wouldn’t be in stock for 2-3 weeks and asked if I would like to cancel the order. I replied that I did want to cancel and to provide confirmation of receipt. Nothing heard. I emailed again 3 days later. Nothing. I messaged via **. Got an automated reply that it’s not staffed due to COVID. Obviously out of date. Called the store, no answer. Called head office, no answer. Auto message said to use the online chat from the website, it doesn’t exist.
    This began cause I was in the store to make a purchase and the price quoted was higher than the online price. Guy said he couldn’t match the online price. Had nothing to do with the online side of things.
    Note that online ordering is very confusing in terms of pick up location. I chose Dartmouth NS and the confirmation email subject said pick up location Dartmouth but the body of the message Vaughn Ontario. So I had no idea where the items were actually headed. I’m still fighting to get a refund for items I never received and I have yet been able to actually speak to someone related to the online store side of things.
