    We bought a dining table on Oct 3 and it is delivered on the beginning of the November, when my husband received table, the delivery man and my husband found there are some obvious flaw and mark, we called the show room at the first place, the lady told me will send a repair guy to repair. The repair guy came and he said he can do nothing. Then we drive to the show room in person on a Saturday to tell them our thoughts for solutions, but they all busy with other customers and just said we can’t do anything today for you, because customers service staff is off today, you can call her on Monday. Then we called customer service on Monday, she said you just write an email with pictures and manufacture will reply you in couple days. We followed and attached several pictures and I explain they can give us return or refund us some money but keep the table. Then other one week past, no emails and phone calls feedback!! Today I called them again, the lady said, I will call manufacturer and get back to you this afternoon. So far we are so disappointed and upset! Just hopeless! Totally can not accept the service like this! Pls support and help us to fix the problem please. Thanks!

    Sorry for the delayed response - our Customer Care Manager has been on vacation. 

    This email is to confirm that a resolution was reached with the client on Nov. 30 with a refund of $200. This email was sent to me on Dec. 19 but I see it was filed on Nov.28.

    Please update our account.
