This has been a rollercoaster and I honestly thought Eastwing Products was going out of their way to ensure we had good service; however, we have learned that this could not be further from the truth.
Not only have they made us waste money, goodness only knows how much, but they have also done work incorrectly AND tried to convince us we needed to spend 20K on an entirely new heating/cooling system - only for us to find out from another company that nothing was actually wrong except that the work they did was so bad that it had made our system stop working and the "fix" they tried was not appropriate nor would it have ever been appropriate.
I am beyond frustrated with finding out how bad the work was that we spent thousands of dollars on, and who is to say how long they would have kept doing this to us.
Absolutely feel taken advantage of and tricked by this company.

Here, at Eastwing Products, we pride ourselves on a positive customer experience. Therefore, it is disheartening to read that this customer feels they did not have a good experience with our company. However, after reading the review, there are unfortunately some inconsistencies in the comments being made.
It is worth noting the unit being discussed was installed in 2011 thus making the unit , 12 years old. Since this particular customer has taken over the home and said heat pump, the cost to date has not been thousands but again, given the age of the unit, some repair costs would be inevitable. It was only suggested to get a quote for a replacement unit, given the potential repairs needed, but was not necessary. We always give the customer the options, then the choice is up to them.
It is unfortunate that this is how the customer feels, as that is not what we strive for, but we do stand by all of the decisions that were made in this case.
We do thank the customer for their business and wish them all the best.
