    They collected all my information for an insurance quote. Emailed me to get my drivers license number and then went silent for a month. Seems scam likely.

    They were great at first Gabriella seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly, however that quickly changed over 2 months I will add that nothing that happen was Gabriella’s fault it was how she handled her self and the situation. I found her to be very short. When I emailed her with a major concern she told me to read the paper instead of taking the time to try and explain it to me.. there were other remarks by her that did not sit well with me. When I was trying to get this straightened away she told me I was being aggressive witch I definitely wasn’t she didn’t like what I had to say I guess… I have the emails I would share option request and no where in those email was i aggressive with her.

    She made me feel like it wasn’t her responsibility or job to help me. When I explain my frustrations with her she very short seemed annoyed. The start of this policy was great however that went down hill fairly quickly.

    She had no advice and was ZERO help and made multiple mistakes trying to pin it on the customer. I have recommended a few people to cheep insurance however I will not be agin.

    When I asked how I could talk to someone higher than her she completely ignored my request so I guess I have to change my review and views on this company
