      I brought in a ***** Session 5 camera with a new battery to be installed. I was told it would be no problem to do the job. A few days went by and I called for an update. I was told that they could do the repairs with some minor lifting where they would have to seperate the housing from the lens. I am a retired electronics engineering technician, so I expect some minor lifting and and scuffs from the job. I received a call a few days later telling me that not only have they damaged my camera, but they also didn't replace the batteryin the unit. I told them from the beginning in all conversations that the camera worked alright and I need it to remain water proof as I use it in races. So if they couldn't do that, just to tell me. Geebo told me I would have to pay an additional $80 to "fix" the damage, plus $50 for the battery install. I received a call a few more days later from a Manager named Mike, who in short told me it's my problem and they warned me that there would be any amount of damage, and that I had the option to either pick up my damaged camera or pay them more money to fix it. I am a fairly senable person, but this is unacceptable amount of damage. I cannot in good faith recommend Geebo.

      Worst place to get your device repaired I dropped my laptop with them. They did not call me with any updates when i called they couldn’t tell me anything and said we will call you back, which they did not. When I called and paid the diagnostic fees, again I did not get any updates till I called to ask. When I told them I have something urgent and repaired or not I will pick up the laptop in 3 days. The laptop when i came from sydney to Halifax, which i told them in advance the laptop was in pieces not even screwed together and the charger was at a completely different location. When I told them that I will pick the both up some other day the representative in the rudest way possible told me this was not a storage facility. I informed them about all the things in advance and again will have to pay someone more than 100$ to pick the laptop up. Just for reference the laptop was with them for more than 1.5 months.

      Geebo device repair are scam artists, if they break something else while repairing your phone they make you pay for everything they broke plus what you came in for. Never would do business with these guys again
