    Consumer Proposal dated December 12 2017...ongoing ends December 2022. FCT has resent my debt to ********** I called Canadian Tire collections since my credit report shows August 2022 was sent to collections...I never received a collection letter...they said YOU MAY BE PAYING YOUR PART BUT WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED DIVIDENDS...I made a dispute with ********** over 1 month ago still no response ...I have a copy of my contract and my ledger with MNP which clearly shows last dividend was paid January 13 2022!!. I'm not getting help anywhere....please help me THEY ARE DESTROYING MY CREDIT SCORE I've been paying for 5 years ends in 2 months I need help please. This was done in Ottawa Ontario.

    FCT acknowledges receipt of the request however, there
    appears to be confusion over the party capable of providing the resolution the
    Complainant has requested.  FCT is a B2B organization that takes direction
    from Creditors.  FCT has no impact on any individual’s credit bureau
    report.  The Complainant’s Creditor, Canadian Tire, uses FCT as their
    insolvency expert to process the filing and handle all correspondence that the
    Complainant’s Trustee sends out. 

    Resolution:  FCT has reached out to the Creditor,
    Canadian Tire, who is responsible and capable of resolving credit bureau
    reporting with the Complainant.  They have advised us they have completed
    the request set out by the Complainant.  We encourage the Complainant to
    address her concerns directly with her Trustee, who is managing this matter on
    her behalf.

     I am rejecting this response because: I have reached out to my insolvency administrator that's how I received my ledger and consumer proposal ..they cannot by law deal with 3rd party disputes.....I contacted Canadian Tire and got the run around and was told as I stated in my complaint ...Canadian Tire told me they are not getting dividends I sent that to you proof that they are...now you are telling me you sent it to them? Who ? Where? I need a direct phone number and name of the person handling this complaint ....
