    I had a pedicure done on July 23rd . And older man was told by his spouse to fill the water tubs to begin the process of soaking my feet. My friend had booked both a pedicure and a manicure. After the soaking he proceeded to trim my toe nails . He cut then pulled the nails rather than cutting . The nail on my right big toe was cut then the nail pulled down on the side . He proceeded to do the same on the left big toe. I told him to stop.He spouse told him to stop. His spouse did the polish and said something to him in their language about how short my nail had been cut and how it shouldn't have been torn down the side. I am going overseas tomorrow and now have a very sore and red big toe. I can't wear my sneakers as it hurts so much . I have been putting polysporn on it in hopes the redness and soreness will go away. This man should never be allowed to do nails. No one tears an nail or cuts down the side. And he left to talk to a customer wanting an appointment then after they left proceeded to play with his phone I sat there 10 minutes with scrub on my legs and it dried on. Terrible service and a terrible pedicure. The polish is already off. My friend told me that gentlemen usually just does the cleaning up in the salon. So why was he allowed to do my feet! If it gets infected I will post a complaint. They did charge us and we paid . Seems all they cared about was the money > This salon should not been in business. Too late now for me. !
