    I have had numerous issues with this property management company that runs the condo building that I own in. There is a leak in my ceiling that they haven’t fully repaired in over a year. They do not follow up or act to get this resolved. Also, on two occasions I have been verbally abused by two of their staff members. When I brought this to their attention they didn’t investigate and instead took what their employee said as what happened. They take no accountability for their actions and I want to have my condo ceiling repaired so I can list my unit for sale so I can move away from them. They have caused me and my family significant duress and we have tried to communicate to get resolved and then they don’t act. We pay condo fees monthly of almost $500 yet they do not care to assist in a timely manner.

    While we acknowledge that there have been delays in completing the interior repair due to continuing brickwork issues, brickwork repairs were completed on the entire stack within the last month and the area should now be dry.  Our contractor has her name and number and will be calling before the end of the week to schedule a time for repairs to be completed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22119836, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    They have had their contractor contact me directly. They’re supposed to come this Wednesday-Friday. However, I have reservations that it will be done.
