    Qty 2 of the same item were ordered on Mar 26 of 2023. One Item was shipped and the 2nd item was indicated as "out of stock" but would be "arriving shortly".
    On Aug 16 2023, I emailed and requested the 2nd Item be cancelled and requested a refund. The email was responded to by Dan and indicated he would cancel and refund the next day.
    On Aug 24 2023 a follow up email was sent as no refund was received, no response.
    On Sep 5 2023 a follow up email was sent as no refund was received, no response.
    Early October a message was left on the contact page of website, no response.
    I would like to be refunded.

    Ordered iron sights for my rifle front and back. Both did not specify anything other than it being available for purchase. I recieved a package from them and it was not the full order, as I was missing the rear sights. I had to inquire as to why is it taking so long. I was met with the response that it was backordered. How was I supposed to know that? I would not have ordered it otherwise. I still have yet to receive it and when I inquired how long it would take again I was met with an apathetic "it's on it's way to you". That was 10 days ago. Please just send finish my order so that I may never have to deal with you again

    that this has taken so long.

    FYI when you placed the order the item was
    currently on back order as we have never sold this item and had to order.  The item is still on order with the
    Manufacturer.

    We do have the item below – please confirm that
    this will work for you.  If not we will
    refund your last item
