    I put in my dryer model number ********** to find the appropriate part, and the website told me which part to order. I ordered it for $178 plus tax and shipping, and it turns out to be the wrong part. They want me to pay for return shipping to get a refund, even though I only bought this part because their website told me that this was the right part. It is an enormous part that came in a 2'x2'x2' box, and return shipping will be very expensive.

    We are sorry for the misunderstanding.  We show a claim has been filed with the warehouse for item *********** * ***** * ********
    WINDOW in the amount of $193.72.You should of received an email with the details.  While the warehouse conducts their investigation, we ask that you please hold onto the part for up to 30 days (90 for ** parts). Should the warehouse require the part returned, we will email you with prepaid labels; otherwise, the part can be discarded after the allotted time. Once the warehouse has completed their investigation, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

    I ordered parts that were listed in stock on 5/14 and received quantity 1. I received a shipping notification a month later and received a large box with the wrong part. The company sent a return shipping label for the box. I offered to tape/seal and affix the label and leave out for pickup, however, the company's CSR got an attitude and hung up on me. I still have not received my original order.

     You will see a refund for the incorrect items you have been shipped in the amount of $26.58 which is for 2 of ***** - 41629
    ******* ******, Small $ 7.94 each, shipping of $9.99 and tax of $0.27 back on your ****** account in 2-3 business days. The remaining item on your order, we had to place an order with the manufacturer, they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. Currently the items have not shipped to us from the manufacturer. If you do not wish to have this item, please let us know.  Please use the prepaid return labels to return the incorrect items you have been shipped. We are not able to arrange pick up for these items if you are able to drop off at *** ** location. Based on your address we show a drop off box at S****** ******* ***p-outside at **** * ***** *** ******** ** *****
