      Similar to ***** *'s review. We had a system installed years ago, one the components broke and despite it being still under warranty, have been unable to schedule a time to get it fixed. Gong on 6 months now. We call, no answer. We drive out to their office, sign on the door saying they are out on a job. We email, no response. The one or two times someone did answer, they told us what we wanted to hear, than ghosted us. Seriously shady business practices. Our next stop will be to take them to court.
