    Awful experience here. Took our truck in for transmission issues, they looked at it and told us we needed a rebuild and asked to schedule it in. We of course asked for a diagnosis and a quote... So what is wrong/ why do they recommend a rebuild, and what will that cost? Couldn't tell us. Said a tech would call to talk about it. Next day reception called again to book the rebuild still with no answers re: why or cost. They called 8 times in total to book, but would not relieve any actual information. We finally took the truck elsewhere, where they told us the issue is not transmission related. Would absolutely not recommend taking your vehicle here
