  Never again will I purchase another car from Metro Preowned. In the 2 1/2 years I've owned the car I've spent around 10k in repairs. New Catalytic Converter, Resonator, Exhaust Manifold, 4 new calipers, rotors and brake pads, new sensor, tie rod and there's been other repairs to. I also feel like the positive reviews are from people who have just purchased a car from them. Give it a few months and im sure their cars will fall apart to. Never again and I advise to avoid like the plague.

  ****** service ! This Company is literally laughing in someone’s face who only 2 weeks ago purchased a Van from Buy Metro Preowned. This person is now stuck in Ontario with no help from this ****** car company !
  They deserve a negative no pluses !
  I mean look at the people who are dealing with issues from this ********** Company. They need to go out of Business.

  For reference I had previously bought a car here without any issues. My experience this last month however is something I have never experienced from a car dealer which was outright deceit and I would warn anyone to choose another car dealer.
  I was offered a vehicle that I was told was in great condition. I was told the vehicle had many applicants and that I needed to apply right away to avoid losing the deal.
  When I asked to see the vehicle on several occasions I was only told it just had 68 000 kms and it was in good condition. My requests were ignored. I was asked to sign a contract as quickly as possible without being given an opportunity to see the car. This in my opinion is absolutely my fault for falling for this scam however I had already built a relationship with the salesperson and I didn't assume he would be lying.
  After signing the contract under the assumption the car was in great condition the dealer kept pushing back the pick up date of the vehicle. I was sent several pictures without much detail and the car looked fine.
  After a week of ignored messages from the salesman I went to the dealer to see if I could check the car out in the lot and to my shock the car looked like it just came in directly from having been in a serious accident. Smashed windshield, broken lights, fender falling off, Scrapes everywhere, Rust you name it. This thing was wrecked.
  When I approached the dealer to cancel the deal they told me it was too late that I signed off on it. However I signed off on a faulty promise of a car in good condition which is not going to hold up in court. The car was delivered to me with some of the damage repaired however there is massive gash in driver side panel and a lot of small body damage, A car I would have never agreed to buy had I been given the appropriate information about the condition.

  BUYER BEWARE
  I cannot express how Pissed, Hurt, insulted and Furious I am right now. I paid $27,000 for a 2015 Vehicle with 144000Km and All the OBVIOUS this that I had pointed out like the radio, Air conditionioner and a knocking in front end. ***** ****** sent someone out to look at radio and the guy said there was an issue with it but, nothing he could fix and that it had to be replaced. You “ignored” the A/C issued and tried to tell me today that you, Resolved” the issue... NO, No you did not. Wasn’t even’t looked at. Mentioned in past that there was a “Knocking” in front end and was basically told, If it gets worse, Bring it in and I’ll take care of it. These things should have Shown they were not working or least this close to being on way out BEFORE sale and fixed. I find it incredibly “CONVENIENT” that you NOW find $1500+ worth of issues and claim that the Un-limited warranty I paid $2500 for doesn’t cover None of it.
  How do you people sleep at night knowing you are ripping people off??? Should be ashamed of yourselves. In a world where people are still Struggling (Some even Starving) and wondering where to live, sleep, eat, pay bills. I’m a SINGLE person and barely keeping my head above water. And all you are willing to Cover out of the $1500 Bill is Re-Charge (Not FIX) the A/C issue and some “Pins” that cost not even $30.00???
  According to the CARFAX the Calipers, breaks etc...were just done April 2022. If this is the customer service Customers can expect from Buy Me2tro Pre Owned, You have my Solom Vow, I will NEVER give you one red cent, promote, recommend ANYONE to give you their hard earned money just to be ripped off. This is completely Unprofessional and un-ethical
  Are you going to HONOR the warranty and do HONEST work with HONEST parts and cover these repairs...or NOT????
  If I could chose a -5 Star for them I would. only got a 1 star because i won't let me submit without selecting a Star
