MVS organized a very useful service. We had to move a care from the GTA to Alberta. They offered a reasonable quote (cheaper than competitors), and the car came in great condition.

Thanks to MVS for transporting my car from New Brunswick to Alberta via CPR with great pricing. The service was excellent and communication kept me updated from drop off to pickup and progress enroute. This is a a very professional, service oriented Company and I had a great experience with it. I'm so glad that I entrusted MVS Canada to transport my vehicle from Saint John, NB to Vancouver BC. Got my Honda Pilot exactly in same condition as I dropped off. The price also was reasonable, theirs was the lowest among the quotes received. The whole process was smooth, they'll send the updates as well until the vehicle reaches the destination and ready for pick up.MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

I have felt with several car carriers both in the U.S. and Canada. I research my purchases very carefully and try to have them shipped by a carrier that is easy to deal with and does a good job.
MVS Canada succeeded to give me the best carrier service I have ever received. Every contact with every employee was handled quickly and efficiently, from my first inquiry to the final delivery.

This is so painful for me, to pay to ship my car and to be ignored and have MVS rude is appalling.
I paid to have my car shipped 2 weeks ago and to date, I haven't heard from the MVS to advise me on when they would pick up my car as advised on their Meet the truck - Pick Up instructions sent to me. Surely they should advise on the waiting period!!
I called thrice and sent an email as I was moving from Ontario to Alberta. Nothing has been done and i leave Ontario this week without MVS's ACTION on my car.MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

Everything went smoothly going from BC to New Brunswick, from start to finish, Very fair pricing and great communication along the way. My car showed up sooner than expected in the same condition as when I shipped it.
I met thr driver 10 minutes from my house instead of at the train terminal, which was a great surprise and bonus!! Will derinitely use again, thanks MVS, job well done!MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

Honestly, I do not think anything needs to be improved. This was such an easy experience and we had zero issues with anything. The service is very straight forward and the notifications were detailed and helpful for keeping track of our vehicle. Will definitely be using MVS in the near future.MVS Canada Logistics Inc.

So first off, this is the most frustrating experience EVER. No communication, no updates, and the slowest I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ll get to it:
1) Booked a shipment as I was in need of a car for work, and I was relocating urgently, so had to ship my car. MONTH LATER, still waiting!
2) the waiting period said 2-3 weeks, so I was prepared for that. Made arrangements with work accordingly. MONTH LATER, still waiting for it to leave the origin city. Paid hefty money to ship PLUS RENTAL CAR CHARGES AND ****.
3) booked last week of June. Email said that representative will call in 1-2 days for drop off details. Week later, after numerous emails and calls from my end, they emailed back with details for drop off.
4) Dropped off the vehicle at the terminal. No updates. A week later representative tells me that it is been sitting at the terminal for 2 days! ***, and blames me.
5) keep asking to keep updating as I’m past my arrangement dates and I need a car for work. They assigned it to be shipped on the 18th (4 days ago!) but there has been no update whether car left the origin terminal or not. NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR CALLS OR EVEN COMPLAINTS FOR THAT MATTER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I worked in Customer Service (in the same automotive industry, so I know how it is), but the least you could do for customers is give them service which ultimately is what the business is for! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and worried about the state of my car.
I’m still trying to see where my car is (it is worth more than the shipping charges!)MVS Canada Logistics Inc.
