Water Shed do maintenance every years on water softener. This year maintenance took less than 10 minute, never clean water softener control unit, just check, The bill was 131.10 for 10 minute work. He was friendly and polite. After he left turn water on was black for several minutes before water turning clear.The Water Shed

Hello Gerald and thank you for your feedback. After speaking with the technician that was on site, he explained to me that the unit was fairly clean which is why he wasn’t on site long. Sometimes after we check/service units, the water can run dirty and then clean up afterwards.
