    I think the worst possible renovation experience I have ever had in my entire life thinking going with a bigger company that actually manufactures their own windows. It wouldn’t take 2 1/2 years to get the job DONE. Still waiting till this Friday for the last window hopefully if it isn’t broken for the second time there has been no sincerity on their end. I’ve been forgotten about so many times I’ve lost count been yelled at and hung up on. I had to have Nova Scotia efficiency extended, and then yesterday they finally came to retest (maximum amount of time allotted for second extension,) the representative looked at the windows, and none of them will pass. None of them have efficiency decals They were just basically photocopy, papers stuck with tape, and also they don’t issue you a detailed receipt unless you requested which is a little strange, especially on a bigger job which will not pass requirements for rebate either The only thing I received as compensation from nova windows and doors was a price increase of 6% and then they removed 2% so they raised it by 4% instead, for my inconvenience. And prior to two weeks before installation, I had to threaten to take my money back in order for them to get their act together And to top it all off now I’m just holding on hoping to see if they can pull through get proper documentation so I can get the government rebate. Poor investment choice, should have went with solar panels and a heat pump and you can say what you’d like. I have all documented evidence from all quote raises in price right to the bitter sweet end even me paying the full amount and still waiting for all issues and now this I’m normally not a person to burn a local company this is not me Burning them this is them burning themselves, so anybody that would like to see this documentation emails. Quotes all communication I have them saved. This is not a one or two window job this was a whole house and I’ve been nothing more than patient

    its my understanding that the labels and product information has all been worked out and is being sent out to you, my office Manager was also speaking with the energy assessor to ensure they had everything. The service appointment for the defective glass has been booked for Friday Nov 25th. All our estimates are valid for 30 days which it clearly states on our paperwork, the current pricing within the construction industry has been very volatile and price increases are pretty normal throughout the industry after the notice period, Not sure what else we could do here. Our current labelling system is good for most energy inspectors but we have changed our labelling system so that its good for all inspectors going forwards. Like most renovations companies, like most manufacturing companies, we have had delays in product and and labour shortages which has been a challenge.

    You couldn’t squeeze a sorry out of these guys not once it’s always gonna be your fault. They will never apologize. They will figure out a way to make it your fault. Every time I’ve been asking for the whole time was a sincere apology, but they obviously are incapable the company needs customer service training comment for the remaining glass will be done this Friday. You would be touched in this calendar year or next in less I called you I was forgotten about it. I was told this by your staff multiple times so you can try to say whatever you want I know the truth I have the paperwork but now you will just try to make this all about you doing the right thing we doing the wrong thing the customer is always wrong. I see it on every comment that you think I can read the Internet to.
