    Awful experience! First told us it would be a quick fix. Arrived at the shop and they told me 5 hours. My appointment was for 9am by 430 I had not heard from them and I called and they said it would not be done till the text day. Wasn’t done till 245 the next day. I was stuck in Yarmouth the first day. Receptionist was RUDE! If I could give a zero review I would! Do not recommend!!! Stay away!!

    The appointment was made with Joye's husband Earl (whom was a long standing customer of ours) months ago. It was postponed many times due to the customer being busy (it's a Taxi service - and it wasn't a quick fix). A couple of months later a woman called and asked when the appt was and approx how long it would take and advised us of Earl's passing. After many condolences, we rescheduled once again. Joye showed up for the appt and immediately told us that she assumed it had been paid for already as part of a previous repair. She was advised that it was not paid for as it was a different issue than the previous appt. She was also notified that it would be a lengthy repair. She became very abrupt, angry and belligerant saying we were taking an advantage of her because her husband was dead and wasn't there to confirm - The owner (Art) advised her that we could return the parts and she could take the vehicle away with no repairs done. She chose to leave the vehicle with us. As with many repairs not always goes as planned as there are issues you can run into. As with this case. She was told when the repair was complete we would be in touch. She was notified at 430 that it would be the next day. Upon completion of the vehicle - she was called to come in. She showed up and paid the bill (which I assisted her with as she couldn't figure out the debit/credit machine). Joye went to walk out the door and said "you'll be reported to the BBB - you rip people off and take too long. I apologized for the inconvenience (the wait time) and she left.
