    My windows and doors have leaked and gone rotten since instal 10 years ago they were never adjusted or fitted properly, kohltech sent their team to try to replace and modify but never finished and the windows still leak bad *** *** ** ** ***** ***** **** **** ** ***** *****

    We have responded every time Mr ****** sent us a request.
    We ended up hiring a 3rd party building envelope consultant who identified several issues with the building not related to windows and doors. As part of our responsibility, we tested all the windows and doors and they performed within specifications. It is unfortunate that Mr. ****** has decided to go the legal route.
