      The beginning of February I had sold my car and had began financing a car. I called fairway to inform them I sold the old one and get insurance in the new one. When calling to get the quote I stated that I would need full coverage (liability, collision and comprehensive). The agent made a quote which was 3884$ a year only $152 more than my previous car so I agreed a we went forth with it. She then also informed me that since it was another sister company of theirs (nordique) it would take 2-3 months for the billing to catch up with the other company so for now I would pay the premium of my old car then catch up on the slight increase when the sister company caught up to it finally. Well now 2 and a half months later they (nordque) offically processed my quote and to my suprise the original 3884$ I had agreed to is now 5350$ without notice a whole 1466$ more. I then contacted fairway threw email to see what was going on and the agent got back to saying that she would call me back the next day to work it out as it was late and that she hadn’t factored in collision and comprehensive while doing the quote like I had asked nor had she informed me at any point that the quote she gave me did not include collision/comprehensive before I agreed. I waited the next day for her call but nothing. I then emailed back saying that If I had know that the quote had not include comprehension/coverage I would not have agreed to the offer and would have chosen another company. I also asked to cancel the insurance policy. Now a day later once again still no reply from fairway at all so I can’t even cancel the policy.

      They never sent me the policy only liability cards… you would have to contact them for it where as they aren’t answering me anymore.

      Our Personal Lines Manager (****** *******) will be speaking with the account manager working on the file (she is new to our brokerage, and admittedly a mistake was made); and the client (Taylor Smith) will be contacted by the end of business today. 

      I'm certain we can come to a quick resolution to Ms. ******* complaint.
