    So, where do I start? Is it the prompt response? Is it the genuine concern? How about the quick, to my door, service? No, no....I'm starting with how Glen and his team diagnosed my HVAC failure, after a local Sunny Day company, told me it was something completely different. Local company said there was a leak in one of the heads. It was actually the outside unit. That alone saved me a ton of money. I really appreciate the step-by-step update as things went on. Glen immediately recognized the subpar work of the company before. He lobbied for me with warranty issues and went far beyond any customer service expectations. And, I wasn't even a customer! Now, I'm a fan. I mean....in 2024, who goes out "on a limb" for a customer anymore? Glen, I hope you see this review. I appreciate your help. ??
