Barracuda installed our natural gas furnace and had serviced it several times over 9 years. They were always prompt, helpful and reasonably priced. We luckily had not required any repairs in the past 4 years until recently when the furnace stopped working.
I called to make an appointment was told they wouldn’t help us because we hadn’t been booking yearly maintenance visits.
A repair business that won’t repair because the equipment they installed and repaired hadn’t needed repair recently. Strange business model!

Our records indicate that we are not the original installers of the said equipment. However, we were able to identify service was last performed in April 2020.
After 4 years of inactivity our system does auto-archive accounts.
At present time, we are only offering service to our "active (regular) customers." This helps explain why we were unable to assist you at this time.
Eastward Energy does offer a list of preferred contractors to contact who can provide service.

Stay away from these ******, send a qualified tech that can't do his job, doesn't want to, and walks away leaving a service charge for $112 . Upon calling someone else the problem was fixed in5 minutes. Seems to be a **** to charge for doing nothing, I guess that's how they stay in business.Barracuda Heating Services Ltd.
