  Had them come to replace a hot water tank. Less than 24 hours later my basement was full of smoke due to arced wires from the installation! Without the fast action of firefighters, my whole house could have been destroyed. We called Lee castle himself and he refused to take any accountability despite the firefighters report. Absolutely **********. Do not recommend.

  I called Lee Castle plumbing to replace the pump in my grey water tank. They came, replaced it and then discovered that the wires running from house to the tank needed to be replaced. They plugged the new pump into my husband’s garage and promised to return as soon as I dug up the conduit. I had that done an hour after they left that Wednesday. I called and was told they would be out the next day. They didn’t come. Then they didn’t come Friday. The lid to the tank wasn’t screwed on because wires were running to the garage. When I called concerned on Friday, I was told I would get a call Monday or Tuesday to tell me when they would be back that week. I received no call. Now a full week and a day has gone by. I called and was told by the receptionist that she was on vacation last week. As if they helps me or is good business practice. I asked to speak to the owner who did have a conversation with me. He did offer to come out this week but it’s too late. I shouldn’t have had to wait this long for them to finish the job. Especially with Nova Scotia weather and the potential of rain getting into the tank even though we had it covered. I feel as though I was a trusting customer, paid that first bill immediately $1500…Lee Castle plumbing was not organized enough to care to complete the job. I am a very dissatisfied customer who had hoped the company would have had a better response than “I was on vacation” to explain the unfinished job.

  This is a good company. I’ve been calling them for residential plumbing for over 20 years. Lee Castle is an honest guy and runs a tight ship. Over the past three years we’ve had Will, Stephen and Chris out to the house to do small to medium sized jobs. Excellent guys. Experienced, detail oriented and friendly. Highly recommend Lee Castle Plumbing. The woman who works the phones is always pleasant to talk to. Not an easy job, juggling all the calls.
  We did have one guy out who was a dud, not naming any names, but no company is perfect and people have bad days.
