    May 15, 2023, ****** *****, *****, assessed our house/barn/property for the issue we have with rats - he made some structural recommendations (which were promptly completed by us) - then paid him to eradicate the rodents which he guaranteed verbally and on his website. Over the subsequent months the rodents remained prolific even infiltrating the basement of our home causing us great stress and panic. On average it would take 3-4 weekly emails for him to respond to my updates/pictures. We realize he is a new business *****, so we tried to be patient and helpful. My elderly husband constantly emptied the rats from the physical traps, then reset them. My husband would plug the tunnels the rats make to keep track of the activity. My husband crawled 30’ under the barn to retrieve a black bait box which a rat, or other animal dragged away. We monitored the poison bait stations in our basement and had to request several times that they be replenished before they actually were - he didn’t want to go to the basement I had to take the empty poison stations out to his truck, then return them. Several scheduled appointments were missed with no follow-up, or apologies. When he did show up he promised new products to aid in solving the problem- which never happened. In Dec 2023, we voluntarily gave him $75 to defray the cost of the poison he was using. After ignoring more emails he sent me a final one on Jan 2nd 2024, directing me to ANOTHER COMPANY! Incredible and totally unacceptable- he should have done that, one month after accepting our job and realizing he couldn’t handle the job & refunded our money. - Still dancing with rats………

    we honered a 3 month warranty for 8 months without asking for additional payment  

    We will reach out directly and issue a full refund including the initial payment from May and $75 payed at a later date.
