    In March, my ******* washer broke down, which is 34 years old. So, I contacted the business and it wasn't until Apr. 25th, a repairman came and told me the problem and the cost of $60, take 2 weeks to get the part. I agreed and paid for service call of $173.63 and the installation wouldn't cost anything. The repairman returned on May 17th, with the part and which really costed $94.13 (shipping and handling}, which wasn't told to me. He installed the part, and stated it is working now, Wouldn't allow me to try or didn't show me exactly if it did work. So, paid him and left. I tried it myself, and it wasn't working. So, I called him back on his phone, which he return stomping and did something and stated" it works". And stomped back to his car. When he was outside and I was closing the door, he shouted "I'm a Professional." I have not experience such rude behaviour, from someone entering my home or heard of such a thing before. I emailed the main office in NS, and they emailed me back, couple days later, stating he was talked to.
    My main complaint is that the machine has broken down, after less than 3 months, doing the same thing. I emailed them on Aug. 12th, with no reply or response. I was told by their employee, that it should last at least 5 years.
    I don't think, it is fair to be ripped off. I just want my washer to work and I shouldn't have to pay more money to get the job done right. If I knew this was going to happen, I would have used the $267.76, to buy a new machine. I am retired, and shouldn't have to pay for extra charges to get proper service.

    We have spoken to the technician about his behavior. We are working with our office manager in the Saint John office to send out another technician to repair this machine.

     Please don't close the case yet. I was called the business today (Sept. 5th), and a repairman did arrive and more understanding. He stated he will be ordering the part and when it comes in, coming back to install it for no charge. So, thank you for the cooperation and help. If this happens again or the complaint is not resolved after a certain time. Do I reapply to you or what?
