  Dear Better Business Bureau:

  Service Content: Change snow tires and make sure drive safely
  Controversy: After changing the snow tires, them didn't do a balancing check on my car. Causing one of my car's wheels to fall off at highway, the vehicle was badly damaged, they promised to fix the car for me first ,we choose to repair our car at a third-party repair shop, they paid for the upfront repairs fee , In fact, the car was only partially repaired , when I asked them about the later repairs, they refused to admit that the matter was related to them and let me refund them for the repair money they paid , on the public internet platform let me stop their greedy blackmail , It's a long story, I can continue to describe it to you by email.

  This customer(******** ***) did not contact us when he found the problem he mentioned. And after drove over 900km and 3 weeks( you can see the records from the attachments), one of tire went off while he still drove the car, instead of towing the car to a garage. After the tire went off, he refused to call 911 or his insurance company to initial a legal investigation. Instead of that, he kept blackmailing us for more and more money and threaten us if we don't, he will post my company on social media (without any investigation or evidence).

  I asked him to call his insurance company at least 3 times, for an formal investigation but he refused. He told me he was new immigration and I showed my sympathy by paid almost $2000 for his car repair and car rental so he could drive daily as soon as possible. And obviously he is a dishonest people and just kept asking me for more money.

  That's totally unacceptable. So I have to reply negative for this complaint.

  By the way, I already took a lot of sceenshots from several his posts on social media and prepared for a lawsuit against his slander with no evidence.

  I believe there always be justice in Canada. Good can not be ruined by bad.

   First , I don't believe in your system , Because you've expressed the wrong time many times!
  Please provide what services you have done to ensure that the wheels do not fall off and authentic and credible evidence , Change tires at ****** , Their warranty journey is 10,000 km , Because they are professional and reliable .
    Ask your professional staff , If you do not check the dynamic balance after changing the tire , What are the consequences ! If you don't have the relevant knowledge . I can share it with you , If you feel that you are in good service , please show me the service confirmation document signed by me , If you don't do it,  It's no different from murder.
    What I post on any internet platform is just my real experience , I'm your real customer , I have the right to express any feelings I feel and experienced !
    Because I'm a newcomer , you sympathize with me ,It's your discrimination against identity distinctions , We never knew each other , that's not enough to hold you accountable and cost of repairs was paid , This is clearly unreasonable .
    From what happened to the present , I never mentioned any money to you ,Where did you get more money? If you can prove it , Please provide evidence ! I'm just asking you to keep your promises , i have proof of this , Doing business in Canada, I firmly believe that integrity comes first , Sophistries and lies come at a price.
