    I worked for custom clean for a very short period in JULY. Before I chose to take this job, 3 girls did before me (one after the other, not at the same time) all 3 girls never made it past A DAY AND A HALF. After I quit in July, custom clean lost this contract very shortly after ( because they can’t hold an employee) Let’s talk about why from my experience; Firstly, supplies. How do you own a cleaning company, AND REFUSE TO SUPPLY EMPLOYEES WITH GLOVES? (The one pair of dollar store rubber kitchen gloves when an employee complained doesn’t count) The cleaning supplies were limited to none. No rags to clean, only the shitty brown paper towel they stocked the building with were supplied. Secondly, communication. IT DOESN’T EXIST. You can text and call all you want. They will ignore you if they don’t feel like dealing with it. One time I had arranged to meet with a manager to receive my paper work to get a red pass, this meeting was supposed to happen at 12, they didn’t show till closer to 4 with no one telling me they were going to be VERY late- the pass office was closed when I got there, it was pointless. ( the next morning I waited for 2 hours in line at the pass office, just for custom clean to not even sign the paper work or fill out their information, again a waste of time) Third, THEY MAKE THEIR EMPLOYEES WORK FOR FREE. Remember how I said I worked and quit in July? Well today is October 3rd. I STILL HAVEN’T BEEN PAID. For the past 3 months custom clean has ignored my calls messages and emails regarding them paying me. Within the last 2 weeks I was able to reach them, which just resulted in them lying over and over again about why I haven’t been paid or what the issue behind it was. Promising I would be paid to get me off the phone and STILL never paying me. This is not only my experience, custom clean steals and refuses to pay MULTIPLE employees for their work over and over again.
