    We went to the store on Feb 16, 2023. I order** the scooter then and had to put 1/2 down. They said they would deliver it within 2 weeks. With many excuses (some valid, most not) it was deliver** on March 27th. **, the owner deliver** it to my house. It didn't have the trunk that they said it would have and he said they forgot to include the owners manual. I paid the remaining cash. March 31 I got the receipt by email so I could get my rebate. But still no trunk or owners manual.
    Since then, they have told me that it doesn't come with a trunk and there is no owners manual. The p**als have broken off when my son tri** p**dling it back home after it went completely dead on him. I have tri** time and time again to get ahold of them and the main company in Toronto to no avail. Since then, the cruise control has also stopp** working.
    My husband and I were in Halifax a few weeks ago and stopp** in to talk to the owner **. He finally show** up with many more excuses, (the main office in Toronto had a fire, he's had health issues, his daughter Bonnie has health issues etc...) but promis** to resolve the problems with the bike. The store was almost empty which fill** me with dread but he said they were just moving to another location. While we were waiting, I saw an unopen** letter on the desk from Service NS and a post it note on it saying "Not Open, closing permanently". I took a picture of the envelope.

    I had bought a mobilty scooter paid 3995lasted three months broke down I had a warranty. Took it back to the store March 4 he said he can't fix it .there is nobody in this store they will not answer calls we leave messages.nothing back the doors are alway lock we can't Evan get our broken scooter. By the looks of the reviews we are not the only one,1000 of people been rip off. How can we just let this happen.this guy is getting rich off handicap people that spend there last cent to get mobile
